Hafan y Môr Holiday Park in North Wales

Surrounded by the lush green countryside of North Wales, and with stunning views of Snowdonia’s mountains and the Irish Sea as a backdrop, our Hafan y Môr Holiday Park is a wonderful place to stay.

Our holiday park is one of the largest in the area ; spread over 500 acres we have a range of static caravans close to a variety of locations. There are our caravans by the rock gardens, or the ones we have by our lakes, and then there’s the ones that border our golf course, woodland walk or even overlook the sea. Whatever you’re looking for in a Welsh seaside holiday, there’s a good chance you can find it here.

Another advantage to our size is that we have loads of sports and leisure facilities you can try out during stays here. There’s everything from a boating lake, go kart track and climbing wall to our massive indoor pool complex with slides and flumes.

Our indoor Sports Drome gives us a great venue to put on activities like archery, fencing and roller disco. Brilliant if you’re looking for ways to keep your friends and family entertained on visits to your new caravan holiday home.

Why choose Hafan y Môr?

We like to be able to give our holiday makers that little bit extra so, if you rent a static caravan at  Hafan y Môr, you’ll also get access to our Local attraction database and discount vouchers. It’s great for those who love a more relaxing pace to their holiday. We have a wonderful community here and regularly organise special itineraries, events, and experience days, so there is always something to look forward to.

Hafan y Môr is a really lovely park to explore too. Amongst the lakes and trees and other landscaped areas you’ll find our own, private little beach, which is a great place for a picnic on the sand or a paddle in the bright blue sea.

Hafan y Môr is a great base for exploring Snowdonia National Park and if you’re up for a challenge then you could try tackling Mount Snowdon. It’s the tallest mountain in Wales and England and even though there are a couple of relatively easy going tracks to follow, we’d definitely recommend taking good hiking boots and a decent lunch. Alternatively, you could always take the Snowdonia Mountain Railway to the top.

Things to do in North Wales

Our location out on the Llyn Peninsula means that we’re not far from some decent surfing spots like Abersoch. Whistling Sands beach at Porth O’er is also an intriguing nearby place to visit; its sand granules produce a bizarre squeaky whistling or singing noise when trampled underfoot.

Further away you can find attractions like Greenwood Forest Park (an outdoor family activity attraction), Caernarfon Castle (a huge medieval fortress) and Zip World Snowdonia (it’s the longest, fastest zip line in Europe). Anglesey has over 80 attractions and many more activities. Llandudno and Llanberis are within easy driving distance.
